Markets haven't quite closed here but it's fair to say there hasn't been much of a signal from the US to Chinese markets overnight. Chinese stocks were mixed although the averages are in plus territory.
The new Shenzen market should have an interesting impact. If Chinese stock punters bet there rather than on the NASDAQ or NYSE, it could be bad news for US markets. Far better for China to put a few billion on FAS and FAZ than some whacky bio-organic-airline on the GEM.
