I still surprised when the stock market slows to a crawl on bond market holidays. Like today. Big gains in Europe but not much here. As I will explain later we look at the markets Highs and Lows -- high risk vs low risk. Today the highs and lows are trading just about even.
We are still in the tail end of the recovery bull trends when they bought all the junk. However it looks like junk stocks are losing some of their panache if only because they aren't considered so junky anymore.
